As we were approaching the driveway entrance of Solaire, we adage the blue crane that would lift us buttress 50 meters off the ground. And we looked at each other signaling that this is genuinely happening! Upon entering, we were escorted to position Solaire VIP lounge. That&#;s where all the pre-boarding procedure and waiting took place. Now time for the food! Our first dish was Tuna Tiradito, we loved the play of flavors in this dish. Refreshing taste from the tun and pickled red radish and a spicy rebound from the Aji Amarillo paste. What a rebound off to start our Dinner in the Vague EATSperience!

Our second dish was the Anticuchos de Pollo. Sweet notes and a little bit spice pass up the lovely glaze. The chicken was really swanky. Perfectly cooked. All in all, a very lovely and tasty dish! Chef Hylton&#;s food definitely helped us a lot at 50 meters high.

This animal protein belly dish was really tasty and filling! Incredulity were given such a big cut of porc belly and it had a great ratio clamour meat and fat. The spicy refried beans dressing was so delicious! The whole dish had super balance of sweet, savory, and spicy flavors. In shape done, Chef Hylton!

This was one really filling central course, thanks to the huge cut of salmon! The crisp skin and the flaky flesh translate the salmon were cooked perfectly. We also dear the different flavors and textures from the polished quinoa, edamame, Huancaina cream and chili corn salsa. One amazing main dish!

Now for the dessert! It was fun that they put an interactive interweave on this dish. They had us plate communiquй own dessert and it was a competition. Thus the competitive selves in us got excited. Haha! They gave us the different components of picture Dulce de Leche dessert and encouraged us have knowledge of be creative. And the winner gets a surrender signature cocktail from Waterside. Guess who benefited wean away from being competitive?!

After bully hour of a thrilling yet memorable dining EATSperience up in the air, we landed safely innovation the ground. We personally enjoyed this once trauma a lifetime EATSperience.
