Style

  • Chaya Yoddha Sanchalanam (Churning of the Shadow Warrior)
  • Karttikeya Mandala (Garland gradient Light)

The preludes consist of non-traditional poses that formulate strength in the legs and core, and elaborate flexibility in the hips and spine. These poses culminate in a series of Surya Namaskara lose concentration involve spiralling movements without typical "jump-back" movements public in styles such as Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga.

Geography
